All exterior property additions or modifications to a lot must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors by submitting an Architectural Request Form along with a sketch showing the addition in relation to your home.
The basketball courts, tot-lots, and all common areas are for the use of Summer Lea residents. Please be respectful of the common areas, especially the play equipment in the tot-lots as well as the fencing surrounding the tot-lots. All children should be properly supervised when using the tot-lot equipment. Please remember that dogs are not permitted to be brought into the tot-lots.
All dogs must be leashed when outside and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any complaints regarding pet behavior or noise disturbances should be reported to the management company.
