About Us
The Summer Lea Community Association located in Sellersville, PA is comprised of 164 Townhomes.
The HOA fees for all homes in Summer Lea is currently $112.00 each month. The fees help pay for lawn maintenance, chemical applications, common area snow removal, common area insurance, taxes, and shrub pruning and bed maintenance. The bed maintenance for the units includes application of a weed pre-emergent and black mulch to the front beds and the side beds to the steps for side entry units. Once per year the HOA prunes the shrubs in the same front and side beds indicated above. The fees are also utilized to maintain the tot-lots, basketball courts, common area sidewalks, trees and fencing, and to help save for major capital improvements.
Recreational Facilities
The recreational facilities in Summer Lea are comprised of two (2) tot-lots, three (3) basketball courts, and an extensive walking path that surrounds the center common area.
